Fat bike manufacturers join forces to improve their image: ‘Get a grip on safety now’

Fat bikes have quickly become the most hated vehicles in the inner cities. Young drivers who scare other road users with souped-up models and insurers who have to record one theft after another; the image could be better. Time for a change, according to the Dutch manufacturers of oversized electric bicycles. Because fat bikes are here to stay. “They will only get bigger.”
