The fashion magazines TM TextilMitrichten, J’N’C and Green Knowledge will be discontinued at the end of the month.
The end of the three titles from Berlin-based TM Fashion UG reflects the challenges of a changing market, TM announced in a community newsletter on Monday. “The conditions under which magazines like ours were once successful have fundamentally changed. And although we have faced the changes with a lot of commitment and creativity, it is now time to say goodbye.”
The trade magazine TM TextilMitnachrichten was launched in the spring of 1946 and, at almost 80 years old, is the oldest title in the trio. The denim and streetwear magazine J’N’C has been published since 1999. Green Knowledge, with a focus on sustainability, is still quite young in comparison, having started in 2018.
