Bundesliga club Borussia Mönchengladbach celebrated a win at the end of the season. Coach Daniel Farke’s team won 3-0 (2-0) against the third division team Hallescher FC.
Patrick Herrmann (7th, 13th) and Alassane Plea (52nd) scored the goals of the five-time German champions.
After the season-ending tour, Farke’s future will now be decided. Sports director Roland Virkus had announced “an analysis”. The talks are “open-ended”.
Borussia ended a mixed season in tenth place. The 43 points in the final account meant the weakest season in twelve years.
