Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio wants to sell his house in Los Angeles, which he bought in 2018 from the famous singer Moby. The 47-year-old American actor is selling his house, which he put up for sale for $5.75 million in August, but could not find a buyer, this time by lowering the price.
DiCaprio put a price of 4.895 million dollars for the house. However, he had paid $4.91 million to Moby when he bought the house.
The house, which was designed in 1926 in accordance with the architecture of the Tudor period (1485-1603 in England and Wales), seems to be blended with today’s modern architecture.
The house, which has high ceilings and large rooms, has three fireplaces, gourmet kitchen, dining room, cinema room, pool and spa.
The house has two large bedrooms, two additional bedrooms, a terrace, a gym, an office as well as a guest bedroom with a bathroom and steam room.
