The residences form a campus – which under the name of Keep Challenging Center (KCC) – is occupied by the training and women’s team of cycling team Team DSM. They are located at Meister Zef Ehlenhof and Anemoonstraat. They were built energy-efficiently and sustainably at the time. “A huge bang could be heard the moment the wall collapsed. Just before that, people from DSM were still in the building. So it could have turned out very differently,” says a local resident.
