After a five-week break, Formula 1 returns to action this weekend with the first of three American rounds of the year for Round 4 of the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship, the Miami Grand Prix. The 19-turn Miami International Autodrome offers a variety of challenges to teams and drivers. The fast, sweeping corners of the circuit’s first sector offer plenty of action, but there’s also lap time to be made or lost in the slower section between turns 11 and 16. In the final sector, speeds rise to some of the highest of the entire season as drivers navigate the 1.2km back straight, which this season hosts one of three straight-line mode zones.
