Together, Lewis Hamilton and the Mercedes they rewrote the history of F1. Six drivers’ titles and eight constructors’ titles for the British and the German brand. The first brick was placed on the occasion of Hungarian GP 2013: on 28 July of that year, the first of the 82 victories of the most successful duo in the Circus arrived at the Hungaroring. That W04 can now be purchased by enthusiasts in an auction organized by RM Sothebys on the occasion of Las Vegas GPscheduled for November 17-19.

This example was used by Hamilton in 14 of the 19 rounds of the season. This is the first car of its type to be sold to the public outside the Mercedes company. The auction estimate ranges from 10 to 15 million dollars, the equivalent of a figure ranging between 9 and 14 million euros. This is the last single-seater belonging to the era of V8 engines, later replaced by the epic of the V6 turbo.
