Northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia are bracing for an “extremely dangerous” day and night of severe weather. According to ESTOFEX, a European organization that predicts severe weather, there is a risk of “gigantic hailstones and tornadoes”. It has issued a top level (level 3) warning for the area, which it rarely does.
