Action group Extinction Rebellion wants to block the A12 again this Saturday. They demonstrate against the 17.5 billion euro subsidy that the Netherlands gives to the fossil industry every year. Where does that amount come from? Editor Liza van Lonkhuyzen delved into the billion-dollar claim and saw a government that heavily subsidizes the polluting industry, while the cabinet already said ten years ago that it wanted to stop this.
