The explosive detonated at the general entrance to the apartment complex and not at a resident’s front door. There is a sleep shop underneath the apartments. A burn mark can be seen on the ground. A number of windows, a mailbox and a door are damaged.

After the huge explosion, residents came to see what had happened. The police then decided to take all residents outside. They had to wait on the street for about an hour before they could return to their homes through another entrance.

After the explosion, police found a blue plastic cap, which would indicate that a cobra was used. The cap was taken for examination.

It is not known what consequences the explosion will have for residents. A special team dealing with explosives is investigating.
