Rabota.ru: Russians most satisfied with their salaries work in IT and sales
The most satisfied employees with their salaries work in high-tech sectors of the IT industry. In second place are employees of sales departments. Bank employees were in sixth place.

The largest share of employees who are satisfied with their income turned out to be in the field of IT technologies, experts from the Rabota.ru service found out (RBC has the results of the study).
The ranking of industries by the number of employees satisfied with their salary looks like this:
- IT and telecom – 76%
- sales – 70%
- design and creativity – 67%
- construction – 65%
- marketing – 64%.
To a lesser extent, they are satisfied with income in production and industry (61%), in banking, finance and investment (59%), transport and logistics (53%), retail (50%), as well as restaurants and cafes (47%).
More than 7,000 service users over 18 years old from all regions of the country took part in the study.
