With your canoe into nature. Picking herbs for a fresh cup of tea. Strolling around nature looking for a nice meal and preparing it yourself above your own campfire. Tim Horneman and Leah Groeneweg don’t know better. It is what they prefer to do. Whether it is the heart of summer or in the middle of winter.
For Expeditie Nederland, reporter Ineke Kemper goes with them for a day. Together with Tim she steps into the canoe and sails over the Hunze. Along the way Tim tells where his love for nature has started and what is so beautiful about Drenthe nature.
Then Leah takes Ineke on the road to go wild pick. They dig out of dandelion root to eat and pick leaves for tea. Once back, a soup is prepared on a campfire with the ingredients that are collected along the way.
