Juventus Turin (27) has extended Weston McKennie’s expiring contract. The midfielder signed a new working paper until June 30, 2030, which will from now on earn him 4 million euros net annually.
The US international moved from Schalke to the Bianconeri in 2020. In total, the loan fee and transfer fee brought the miners 26.4 million euros. McKennie has been a fixture at Juventus for years, for whom he contributed 26 goals and assists in 220 games.
McKennie is also well placed under new coach Luciano Spalletti and has shown more flashes on the offensive in recent weeks. By the end of November he had not managed to contribute a single goal, but after 38 appearances this season he has 15 scorers. Only attacker Kenan Yıldız (20, 17 scorers) is even more dangerous in Turin’s squad.
