Influencer star moves to Marco Reus’ club

He became famous as an influencer, but also played in the 2nd Bundesliga. Now Nader Jindaoui has probably found a new club. His future teammate: Marco Reus.
Influencer Nader Jindaoui has found a new sporting challenge. As the 28-year-old former Hertha player announced in a YouTube video together with his wife Louisa, he has signed a contract with LA Galaxy in the MLS. Jindaoui will thus become a teammate of former German international Marco Reus, who also moved to the club last year.
In the video, his wife Louisa explains: “You can tell people. We’re moving to LA.” Shortly afterwards, a picture appears showing the Berlin native with a signed contract. The offensive player had already trained with LA Galaxy at the beginning of January.
However, official confirmation from the club about the deal is still pending. Jindaoui was not yet included in a list published on Sunday to prepare for the new season.
Jindaoui was most recently without a club after his contract with second division club Hertha BSC expired on June 30th. In December 2023 he celebrated his professional debut with the Berliners. The offensive player previously played in the regional league and lower divisions for a long time.
Jindaoui became known primarily through his activities on social media. He is followed by 2.2 million people on Instagram, and the YouTube channel he shares with his wife has over two million subscribers. The couple’s videos in which they share private insights regularly reach a large audience. Public appearances by the Jindaouis often cause a stir.
