Former Brazilian national player Willian and Greek record champions Olympiacos Piraeus are going their separate ways after just four months. The club said goodbye to the 36-year-old winger, whose one-year contract was terminated on December 31st. It is still unclear where Willian will go now.
The long-time Chelsea professional moved from Fulham FC to Olympiakos in September. However, he was unable to make a lasting impression on the 2024 Conference League winners due to injury. In eleven competitive games, Willian only managed one assist and was on the field for 499 minutes.
