New task for Marco Neppe: The former technical director of FC Bayern hires at Ligue-1 promoted Paris FC. The 39-year-old will take over the office of sports director there from October 1st. Most recently he had acted as a consultant. Even in the past transfer period, he is said to have supported the Parisians behind the scenes with advice.

In the transition phase in which the club is located with its promotion to the Ligue 1, his skills will be of an invaluable value. Good luck, especially when looking after our first team and in our activities on the transfer market, which is known, ”said PFC President Pierre Ferracci in a club announcement.
Neppe had worked for Bayern for a total of ten years before the separation took place in April 2024. In 2014 he was poured into Munich by the then technical director Michael Reschke. Neppe started as a scout and then rose to the technical director himself. He was later a close employee of Hasan Salihamidzic, who had to leave the club together with CEO Oliver Kahn in May 2023. Among him, players such as Alphonso Davies or Jamal Musiala were discovered, and together with board boss Jan-Christian Dreesen, he handled the commitment of striker Harry Kane.
