The allegations against Thomas Partey are difficult. The footballer is said to have raped two women. He denies that – and remains a free man.

The former Arsenal professional Thomas Partey remains at large for the time being. This was decided by a London court on Tuesday. The 32-year-old is charged with alleged five-fold rape of two women and the sexual coercion of a third woman.

The deeds are said to have occurred in 2021 and 2022 when Parttey played for the Premier League top club FC Arsenal. The Ghanaer’s Treaty at the Gunners expired at the end of this season, and he was charged at the beginning of July. The lawyer of football professionals, Jenny Wiltshire, said that Party denies all the allegations raised against him and that he greet the opportunity to finally wash his name in.

One of the requirements he has now received is that he must not contact any of the three presumably affected women, and he also has to inform the police about permanent address changes and international trips. On September 2, Party is scheduled to appear in front of the London Old Bailey Court.

Party played 52 games for Arsenal last season, and so far he ran 51 times for the Ghanaian national team. After the end of his time in London, the defensive midfielder was recently associated with a move to Spain to Villarreal.
