European Court does not return election exclusion of Le Pen: convicted politician cannot demonstrate “irreparable damage” to its rights

The European Court of Human Rights will not reverse the election exclusion of Marine Le Pen (56). The French right-wing nationalist politician was convicted earlier this year for cheating with EU money and therefore does not seem to be able to participate in the following presidential elections.
