FRANKFURT (Dow Jones) — The DAX futures show up with slight premiums early on Friday morning. The June contract rose 7.0 points to 14,259 at around 5:52 a.m. It went into trading with 14,241 points. The daily high so far is 14,270 and the daily low is 14,216 points. So far, 664 contracts have been implemented.
