EU-Top discusses plan for extra billions of Ukraine via Putin’s piggy bank

The cabinet wants to pump 2 billion euros in the more sustainability of steel giant Tata Steel in IJmuiden. The project costs a total of 4 to 6.5 billion euros. The cabinet has signed a declaration of intent with the province of Noord-Holland and Tata. Tata Steel still has to take major steps in terms of sustainability and health to also convert that declaration of intent into a deal. Employees are enthusiastic, but there is also a lot of criticism.
