Estonia warns: “Putin wants to send thousands of violent veterans to Europe to sow chaos”

If the guns in Ukraine fall silent, Europe may face a new danger. Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna is warning of an invasion of a completely different caliber: hundreds of thousands of former detainees and traumatized ex-soldiers who would be sent to the West by the Kremlin for hybrid warfare.
