Soon, an initiating couple will talk to Kuronen at the podcast about their daily lives and their love life. The duo reveals their special sauna like gratitude to Kuronen. The couple always does gratitude exercise with the same formula.
– We do a gratitude exercise. Both say in turn five things that are grateful. You tell us where you are grateful, then you can throw the steam and give it to another, Harjuniemi says.
– Sometimes it comes to just the moments when you might not be able to. Then it’s worth doing it. It’s good that the other can sense the situation that we are doing this now, unkuri says.
– After that, there is a feeling that you are present with others and all the things that run on the head fall into the ground. You realize that there is nothing to worry about and all right, Harjuniemi continues.
Essi Unlkuri and Viljami Harjuniemi have been holding one since 2019. The couple got engaged in January 2024.
Unkuri is best remembered as the 2021 Miss Finnish and Farmi Finland competitor for the program. Harjuniemi again recently attended Dealprogram.
