This keeps the decision of the municipality of Moerdijk, which withdrew the permit at the beginning of June. According to the municipality, structurally unsafe sex was offered at Deepest Secrets.
The municipality’s decision followed on reports of former employees and a check by a supervisor. He concluded that the escort agency offered oral sex without a condom.
According to the so -called General Local Regulation (APV) of the municipality of Moerdijk, that is not allowed: it says that sex companies must adhere to hygiene rules to prevent risks to public health. According to the municipality, this was not reported to the permit application. “If that had happened at the time, we would never have granted the permit,” said a municipal spokesperson earlier.

Nevertheless, the judge maintained the decision of the municipality on Friday. This makes it clear that the company must close its doors and the permit will lapse immediately. If Depest Secrets continues with the work, it risks a penalty of 25,000 euros.
