Erja Häkkinen has celebrated her birthday with her children.

Erja Häkkinen and his ex-husband, Mika Häkkinenchildren are rarely seen in public.
However, now Erja has published a picture together with her children on her Instagram. The picture was taken from Erja’s birthday party at the restaurant.
– My beautiful children. I love you guys so much. Thank you for this wonderful birthday, Erja writes on the side of the photo.

Erja and Mika’s first child Hugo was born in 2000.
– We had a permanent babysitter right from Hugo’s birth, because I traveled a lot for representative gigs, and Mika, of course, had his own job. That everyday life would have been nothing without a nanny, Erja recalled in an interview with Iltalehti last summer.
The family lived in Monaco and, as is the local tradition, Hugo also started school at the age of three.
– Actually, my adaptation and catching up in Monaco started when Hugo started school. The school was a really solid community that organized all kinds of events where all the parents were there. There were so many of those school parties at the beginning that I thought: ‘Oh my God, we go to school more than the children’, Erja told Iltalehte.
Always-daughter was born in 2005.
Although the Häkkisens divorced in 2008, all family members remained in Monaco.
– We were all of the opinion then that Monaco is home for all of us, and we don’t want to break it. We decided that we would all stay in Monaco, as we saw it as the only way to keep the family connected. The fact that all the children’s friends lived there also weighed heavily on the decision, Erja has said.
Erja still lives in Monaco. Her current male friend, working in the film industry Mika Karttunen lives in Finland. The couple travels between two countries.
Hugo is studying at university and Aina is in her last year of high school.
