Environmental associations complain to an increase in the number of admitted kayaks on Lesse

The Walloon Minister of Spatial Planning François Desquesnes has issued a permit to Dinant Tourisme in which it allows 1,525 kayaks to the Lesse every day. That is 356 more than is now. The decision encounters protest from environmental associations. According to them, this will cause damage to the biodiversity of the region. They ask the Council of State to destroy the permit.
