Energy companies charge people with solar panels a lot, regulator checks whether that is reasonable | Domestic

ACMEnergy companies charge hundreds of euros more to people with solar panels than necessary to cover the costs of the netting scheme. For example, anyone who nets 3010 kWh must pay VandeBron and Budgetenergie 348 and 360 euros per year respectively, while purchasing that electricity to supply later costs only 178 euros. Supervisory authority ACM has started an investigation into these high return costs.
