Ski freestyler Emma Weiß reached the final of the twelve best athletes in the jumping competition at the World Championships in Bakuriani, Georgia.
The 23-year-old secured her ticket to the medal decision on Wednesday (11:00 a.m.) with her second attempt, which brought her 80.04 points and twelfth place.
White is not one of the favorites in the so-called “Aerials”, but hopes to be among the top ten. In the four World Cup competitions this winter she was fifth twice, sixth once and ninth once.
At the Olympics in Beijing, Weiß had only finished 20th, and she finished eleventh in her two World Cup appearances in 2019 and 2021.
