Author Ashley St. Clair26, has challenged the world’s richest man Elon Musk, 53.
St. Clair claims to have given birth to Musk this 13th child five months ago.
Now the author has decided to claim the child’s single parenting by court. The name of a little boy’s child is RSC.
St. Clair filed an application for custody to New York’s Supreme Court on Friday, 21 February. He claims in his application that Musk has only met the child three times. The last time would have been in November 2024.
The application also claims that the billionaire is the father of the child. According to the application, Musk has not participated in the care or upbringing of the child in any way.
Musk has not confirmed that he is the father of the child.

The application states that St. Clair and Musk started a romantic relationship in May 2023. The couple had sex in January 2024, when the RSC began.
According to the child’s mother, Musk has recognized the child’s parenting in several text messages.
St. Clair says he has sent Musk a picture of himself and a newborn child after giving birth. According to St Clair, Musk replied “looking forward to meeting the child.

According to St. Claire, Musk met his son’s first last September and spent two hours with him.
A week before that meeting, the author claims that Musk has sent him a text message in which Musk says he wants to get him pregnant again.
Representative of St. Clare Brian Glickich tells People to the magazine that the author’s purpose is, above all, to think about the best interests of the child.
– He has made every effort to cooperate with Mr Musk before he took him as a step. He does not comment on the content of the application, says the representative.
St. Clair is a conservative activist. He has published a children’s book opposing the acceptance of transgenderness.

Musk has a total of 13 children with four different women. In addition to St. Clare, Musk has children with his former wife Justine Wilsonsinger Grimes and the leader of his neuralink company Shivo’s Zilis with.
Musk’s first child Nevada Alexander died at the age of only a few weeks. The other children of the former married couple are Vivian Jenna, Griffin, Saxon, Probably and Deam.
