It all started on New Year’s Eve, when Jokikunnas downloaded a “funny app” to his phone. Jokikunnas downloaded an unnamed app when he was pranking his son Ralph’s with.
– I notice around the middle of January that this application charges me 7.99 euros every week. I canceled this particular application on January 22nd. Since then, 7.99 euros have been withdrawn from my account every single week, the host says in the episode.
Jokikunnas sent a blocking request through the app store and Apple support. Despite his efforts, the situation did not change. Then Jokikunnas called the bank. The customer service representative named the only solution to Jokikunnas’ situation.
– The only thing that can be done in this situation is that your card must be closed, Jokikunnas says the customer service person said.
