showbizFormer presenter and entrepreneur Eline De Munck (33) and ‘Rundskop’ director Michaël R. Roskam (49) secretly married last year. De Munck himself makes this known on Instagram. The turtledoves are even celebrating their first wedding anniversary today.
“09.01.2022 vs 09.01.2021, married one year. I love you so much it doesn’t hurt,” De Munck writes on Instagram. She also shares some photos of her wedding, on a white snow carpet. Her Instagram Stories show that the two celebrated their first wedding anniversary in style, in restaurant Ciro’s in Antwerp. The ‘Odette Lunettes’ founder also shares a video showing their wedding rings. “Eternal love,” it reads.
It is a big surprise that De Munck and Roskam already gave each other the yes last year. On February 8, 2021, it was only announced that the two are in a relationship, but actually they were already officially husband and wife. Even after that, the couple kept their romance out of the spotlight. Few pictures were shared on social media and it had to wait until September 4 for the lovers to make their red carpet debut, at the premiere of the film ‘Rookie’.
De Munck previously had relationships with cameraman Matthijs, Bob Geraets (with whom she started Odette Lunettes) and Christophe ‘dj MC Six’ Baggerman. Michaël R. Roskam, who divides his time between Hollywood and Belgium, for many years formed a couple with a literary scholar at KU Leuven, who is also the mother of his son Elliot (12).
