Electric cars: Audi brings charging to the Alpe Lusia Ski Area

Audi strengthens its presence in Alta Badiain Alto Adige, with a new initiative in favor of sustainable mobility and with one dedicated to lovers of sports driving. New charging stations, on the one hand, a new Audi driving experience on ice, on the other.

Thanks to the great torque and extreme silence of electric cars, climbing the mountains in a battery-powered car is a pleasure that more and more motorists appreciate. Bring the recharge in the valleys, however, it is neither simple nor cheap. This is why Audi and Moon Power Italia (the Volkswagen Group brand dedicated to B2B charging solutions) have taken a step forward by bringing new charging points a stone’s throw from the ski slopes of the Alpe Lusia Ski Area (between Val di Fassa and Fiemme). These are 22 kW charging points, therefore powerful enough to fully recharge the battery of an Audi SQ6 e-tron in around five hours, a time absolutely compatible with ski tourism in Alto Adige. Furthermore, during 2026, Audi and Moon Power will install other charging points at other ski lifts in the Val di Fassa area.
