The stakes are high in the upcoming elections for Provincial Council. Who will be in the Drents parliament after Wednesday? And which party will be the largest?
Important themes are at stake on Wednesday. All these topics will be discussed during the election debate of RTV Drenthe on Tuesday 14 February.
During the debate, eight Members of Parliament will debate five themes in varying compositions: nitrogen, the wolf, holiday homes, the duplication of the N34 and a new stadium for FC Emmen.
The four largest parties in Parliament are discussed in three themes, the other parties in two themes. The debate can be followed live on TV Drenthe between 19:30 and 21:00. The management is in the hands of Margriet Benak and Serge Vinkenvleugel.
On Wednesday evening, RTV Drenthe and the province will hold a results evening in the provincial house in Assen. In that broadcast it will be announced how votes have been cast and what this means for the composition of the Provincial Council.
