Several meteorological episodes are going through Catalonia this beginning of August. Between heavy rains, violent weather and the heat wave, the temperatures do not stop but the bad weather comes and goesespecially in the province of Lleida, which has already had some episodes of violent weather this week.
Likewise, this Thursday afternoon the Meteorological Service of Catalonia has issued a notice by very high danger (6/6) due to violent weather in the region of Pallars Jussa and due to high danger in the counties of Noguera, Alt Urgell and Ribagorça, all in the province of Lleida.
The forecast of the service affirms that in the early evening there will be locally heavy precipitation in points of the Pyrenees, the Pre-Pyrenees and in other points of the northern and western third of the territory.

So these can go accompanied by storm and a meager amount of precipitation will accumulate, but locally abundant.

Civil Protection has also warned of a possibility of falling stone of more than two centimeters in diameter, gusts of wind greater than 90 km/hour, tornadoes and outbursts in the advised counties of Lleida.
