The Eintracht attachment, which first took over the most famous promenades, squares and stretches of beach in Barcelona on Thursday morning and then caused many amazed eyes and honking cars with a fan march, had previously also had a short-term protest from the active Barca fan scene in the stadium triggered. Shortly before the start of the second half, the Catalan supporters fled their block for a total of ten minutes and stopped supporting their team, annoyed at what they saw as the too lax ticket policy.
Laporta wants to take action
An absurdity that then called Barca President Joan Laporta on the scene: “We have to take action. What happened at Camp Nou must not happen again.” The good news for FC Barcelona: Eintracht will probably not come back any time soon.
