Eintracht Frankfurt: Jesper Lindstrom should be a topic at Arsenal

Market value in Frankfurt increased

Eintracht Frankfurt could soon receive a request from Arsenal regarding a winter transfer. According to a “Bild” report, Jesper Lindström (22) is a topic for the “Gunners”, who would have reported to the attacking midfielder’s advisors.

Lindström was brought from Copenhagen last year for 7 million euros, which was in line with the market value at the time. If he were to change next winter, the Dane would bring in a significantly higher sum, if market value were to be used again. During his time at SGE, he increased his valuation by €10m to €17m – a sum that would not be unusual by Arsenal standards. In the past summer transfer window, the Londoners had paid three times more for a player.

In the previous eight competitive games of the season, in which Ødegaard has made seven appearances, internationals Smith Rowe and Vieira have only made four and three appearances respectively. At Frankfurt, however, Lindström was also variable, for example on the wings. The contract with Eintracht is valid until 2026.
