Good news for the participants of the Eindhoven Marathon this weekend. It will be excellent running weather, says weatherman Johnny Willemsen from Weerplaza on Friday morning in the KEIgoeiemorgen program! on Omroep Brabant radio.
“Around ten o’clock on Sunday morning, at the start of the full marathon, it will be about 12 degrees,” Willemsen expects. “There will be a bit more cloudiness this weekend than in recent days and there could be a splash of drizzle. But that really means very little.” According to the weatherman, the runners will not be bothered by this: “It can even be very nice for the participants, as I hear from colleagues who sometimes run marathons. The temperature is also fine. So really good weather to set a good time.”
Conditions will also be excellent for the runners of the half marathon, who will start at around eleven o’clock, according to the weatherman. “It will ultimately be 16 degrees on Sunday, but we will only reach that temperature in the afternoon. Most participants will already be inside by then.”

On Saturday, when the 15- and 10-kilometer races, the mini marathons and the City Run are scheduled, the weather will be comparable to Sunday, although it will be a degree warmer.
Marathon Eindhoven live at Omroep Brabant
The ASML Marathon Eindhoven 2025 starts on Saturday, October 11, with, among others, the ASML Urban Walk and the Jumbo Mini Marathon. The quarter marathon, half marathon and full marathon will be run on Sunday, October 12.
This sporty Sunday can be followed live on Sunday, October 12 from 9:45 AM to 3:15 PM via Brabant+, television and the Omroep Brabant website and app. In the evening you will see the highlights of the Eindhoven Marathon on TV from 5:45 PM to 6:30 PM, which will be repeated every hour.
