The guests fought in every part but had to surrender in three sets despite Decortes’ 17 points. Antropova best scorer for the Tuscans

Corbetta-Palermo

November 8 – 10.35pm – MILAN

Chieri wins 3-0 over Macerata in one of the two matches on Saturday for the women’s volleyball championship. Same result for Scandicci against Bergamo.

Chieri-Macerata 3-0 (25-21, 25-22, 26-24)

Chieri won 3-0 right in front of their fans at the Palafenera. Despite the opportunities Macerata had, this evening the Marches appeared sterile in attack and suffered the Piedmontese offensive phase. The mouthpiece Kokkonen seems to have wet powder, while Decortes hits 17 balls (60% in attack). For Chieri the offensive phase is supported by Nemeth (15), Gray (14) and Nervini (13). Alice Degradi can be seen back on the pitch after the injury suffered in VNL. The home sextet consolidates their position in the standings, having won all their matches to date, except the away games in Novara and Conegliano. For the girls from Negro, third place with 17 points, while Macerata remains, at the moment, seventh with 11 points.

Chieri: Nemeth 15 points, team blocks 6 (4 Gray), team Ace 4

Macerata: Decortes 17 points, team blocks 3, team aces 2.

Scandicci-Bergamo 3-0 (25-13, 32-30, 25-10)

Full haul for Scandicci, who beats a Bergamo team increasingly in crisis 3-0 in their sixth defeat in a row. There is a match only in the second set, in which the Orobiche, without Cesè Montalvo, dragged by Kipp take advantage of the many inaccuracies in attack and in the defense block of Savino del Bene, who however finds herself again in the final. For the rest, Gaspari’s girls (who lost Nwakalor in the final set) dominated in every fundamental, with the usual Antropova MVP and closing the practice in 76 minutes.

Scandicci: Antropova 18 points, Muri team 10, Ace team 4 (Antropova 3).

Bergamo: Kipp 13 points, Muri team 3, Ace team 3.
