Residents of Eemnes are plagued by scratches on their cars. Local residents believe it concerns a woman who makes videos of herself scratching cars and then shares them on social media. According to the woman herself, she has only done this to cars linked to her ex-partner. Other cars wouldn’t have been scratched by her.
