The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and its members only decide “in winter” whether Israel can participate in the Eurovision Song Contest next year. During a general meeting in London, the issue was discussed on Thursday, but a definitive judgment will take a few months, sources say to the Israeli news site Ynet.
