Easter is approaching, so now is a good time to turn your gaze to a big food party in the spring.
The oranges are well suited for salad leaves and sour cream. Pink bröijer
Lamb and sheep are an important part of the Easter dining table, although in Finland they do not have as long a tradition as the world.
There is a chef in the classic flesh of Easter Risto Mikkola According to an extremely fine taste.
“It separates it from beef or piglet,” he says.
Mikkola wants to provide an easy and simple, salty pie instruction that fits especially well at Easter. In Mikkola’s recipe, the lamb minced meat is seasoned with feta and olives.
Many other tastes are suitable with lamb, but this time Mikkola favors Mediterranean flavors. Mikkola hints that cherry tomatoes are a good addition to the pie as they remain together after baking.
The salty pie dough requires nothing more than a mix, but if you want to get even easier, buy a ready -made pie base from the freezer.
– This is an easy help, Mikkola encourages.
Mikkola has made a citrus salad with a cream sauce to accompany the lamb pie. If you do not find blood orange, you can use regular oranges.
Blood orange contains plenty of vitamin and fresh taste. Its flesh is mostly deep orange or red pigment. No wonder Iltalehti’s readers have also voted for blood orange as their favorite brown fruit.
