Achilles, who was plagued by many injuries, gave the leader a good match. Five minutes later, Bjørn Jansen scored the 1-1 behind goalkeeper Renzo Hoving. The Asser goalkeeper again scored Farid Boughaleb’s 2-1 five minutes later, but had no chance after half an hour of play when Jansen scored his second of the evening. The left attacker passed Hoving and had no trouble tapping in the 2-1.

DZOH had a few more chances before halftime, but no more goals were scored, so both teams went into halftime with a 2-1 score.

Via Aron Timmerman and Joel Zweerink, the Emmen came to 6-1. Zweerink’s goal, a shot from distance of twenty meters, was the most beautiful goal of the evening.

The home team slowed down a bit, got a few more chances, but no more goals were scored in the last half hour of the game, so that Achilles 1894 was spared a greater punishment.
