Dresden fans destroy toilets after game in Darmstadt

After the defeat in Darmstadt, Dynamo fans ensured violent rioting in the guest area. The damage in the stadium is considerable – and could be expensive for the club.
The sporting defeat was clear – but that was apparently not everything that Dynamo Dresden left in the away game in Darmstadt. After the 0: 2 of the club’s second division relegated, the sanitary facilities in the guest block of the stadium at the Böllenfall goal damaged.
Several videos and photos are circulating on social networks, where significant destruction in the sanitary area can be seen. Torn down toilets, destroyed sinks, damaged power boxes and demolished paper holder – the video below shows massive property damage.
“Unfortunately, we can confirm various cases of property damage in the guest area,” Darmstadt spokesman Jan Bergholz told the Echo Darmstadt. The exact amount of damage is not yet known. “We are currently busy with the damage to capture the cases and the extent of the damage,” Bergholz continued. It is considered possible that Dynamo must pay for the repair costs.
Unfortunately, such events are not an isolated case. Again and again there are similar incidents when playing away from different clubs. Dynamo is also increasingly criticism – now also from his own fan camp.
