A 35-year-old Dutchman has been arrested in Belgium for managing so-called exhibition groups on Telegram. Nude photos of girls are shared in these chat groups without their consent, reports the Belgian Public Prosecution Service (OM). The man made money by charging users a fee to join the channels. Tens of thousands of people took advantage of it.
