Sibiu – On the east side of fortress Europe, Dutch soldiers are building new defenses against Russia in record time. It is our largest military construction project in years. That job is a direct result of the invasion of Ukraine, said defense minister Ollongren, who inspected the troops in Romania on Wednesday.
