Nijmegen – A major setback for protest groups and nature lovers in the Dutch border region who are opposing the arrival of German wind turbines right across the border. The Reichswald nature reserve will not become a national park, and this paves the way for 11 mega wind turbines. Residents of the Kleve district could decide on this in a referendum.
