A temporary village has been built on the military base near the Polish city of Malbork. A compound, set up in three weeks, of about seventy sea containers and four high, yellow tents. There are dixis, there is internet, there are cables. There is additional security against cyber attacks. There is plenty of Dutch coffee and boxes full of Twix and M&Ms.
