KARLSRUHE (dpa-AFX) – The drugstore chain dm is recalling certain baby spoons from its own brand “babylove” nationwide. The company in Karlsruhe said that small parts of the affected products could come loose, which poses a risk of suffocation for babies and small children.

Only “babylove learning spoons” with batch number 2521 or 2532 (GTIN 4067796183429) are affected. The batch number is located on the packaging above the barcode. Since the marking is not printed on the spoons themselves, DM recommends that, as a precaution, you no longer use the spoons, regardless of the number.

Customers can return the spoons to all dm stores. The purchase price will be refunded even without a receipt. According to the company, the affected batches have already been withdrawn from sale./bak/DP/men
