Police officers stopped a suspected drug dealer in Reinickendorf on Friday night.

Around 11:40 p.m., the police man was noticed on the A100 city highway in the direction of Wedding.

Reason: He raced and was driving his Audi much faster than allowed. He also endangered other road users through reckless driving, according to the police.

The driver overtook other vehicles from both sides and sometimes cut back in just before them.

The speeder left the Autobahn at the Eichborndamm exit, where the police stopped him and checked the driver (29).

The ID and driver’s license that the man showed are forgeries, according to the police. They were confiscated.

In addition, the police officers found “scene-typical vessels” with drugs and money on the speeder. The speeder may also have been under the influence of drugs while driving. Drugs, money and vehicles were also confiscated.

He is now being investigated for illegal drug dealing, forgery, illegal vehicle racing, driving without a license and under the influence of drugs.
