People always drive way too fast on the Strijpsestraat in Eindhoven. A maximum speed of 30 kilometers per hour is allowed, but according to local residents, no one adheres to this. The neighborhood was so fed up that a fake speed camera was installed in the hope that motorists will take it easy. If you drive 50 instead of 30, you risk a fine of 240 euros this year.
Driving with a mobile phone in your hand: 420 euros fine
During a coach check on various roads in our province at the end of last year, the police fined dozens of drivers for driving with a phone in their hand. If you are also caught this year, you will now lose no less than 420 euros. That means an increase of 40 euros.

Incorrect parking: 120 euro fine
You regularly see them driving around in the big cities: a little car with a dish full of camera lenses on the roof.
