Headed over after a chase, kidnapped and eventually wounded by a bullet: a driver has had a hellish adventure that started in our country, news website France Bleu knows.
The bizarre scenario seems to have been plucked from the better thriller. At about 9 p.m. Sunday evening, a wild chase began in Wasmes, near Bergen. The two cars drove at high speed for fifty kilometers. They crossed the border into France and shots were fired.
In Toufflers, one of the vehicles overturned. When emergency services arrived, they only found a female passenger (22). She was taken to hospital in Roubaix with minor back injuries.
Remarkably, however, she stated that her boyfriend, who was driving the car, had been kidnapped. The man in question was released Monday morning. He appeared to have been hit by a bullet. The exact circumstances of this strange occurrence have yet to be clarified.
